About the Piece

A Bee Sting is a two-channel work mixing musique concrète and synthesized sounds. Human and nature-created sounds are altered to appear manufactured, and computer-
synthesized sounds are altered to appear human. The piece explores – in an abstract way – the influence that humans have on their surrounding environment.
